Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Nexora websites, apps, APIs, and related services. By creating an account, signing in (including with Google or Discord), or using the platform, you agree to them.

Effective date: August 6, 2026

1. Agreement

By accessing https://nexora.reversal.org/ or creating an account, you enter a binding agreement with Nexora (“we”, “us”). If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Accounts and eligibility

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account, including SSO-linked identities.
  • You must meet the minimum age required by law in your jurisdiction (and be at least 13).
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create security risk.

3. The service

Nexora provides community discovery, organization tools, memberships, product catalog features, Discord-related utilities, analytics surfaces, and payment workflows (via Backout / Stripe and related partners). Features may change, improve, or be discontinued as the product evolves.

4. Communities and content

  • Community operators control their community settings, pricing, and content within platform rules.
  • You retain rights to content you submit, and grant us a license to host, process, display, and transmit it as needed to run the service.
  • Do not post unlawful, infringing, hateful, deceptive, or abusive content; do not interfere with others’ communities.
  • We may remove content or communities that violate law or these Terms.

5. Payments and billing

  • Paid plans and community memberships are billed through our payment providers. Prices and currency are shown at checkout.
  • Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or clearly stated at purchase.
  • Recurring subscriptions renew until canceled as described in the product UI or FAQ.
  • You authorize us and our processors to charge applicable taxes and fees. Failed payments may pause access.
  • Platform operators and community sellers are responsible for applicable tax, refund, and consumer-law obligations for their own offerings.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Probe, scan, or reverse engineer systems except as allowed by open interfaces we publish;
  • Bypass authentication, rate limits, or access controls;
  • Spam, phish, malware, or conduct fraud;
  • Misuse Discord, Google, Stripe, or other third-party integrations in ways that violate their terms;
  • Use the service for illegal markets or to exploit minors.

7. Third-party services

Google, Discord, Stripe, Backout, and other integrations are provided by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or data handling outside our control. OAuth sign-in requires you to also follow those providers’ rules.

8. Intellectual property

The Nexora name, logos, software, and design system are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, resell, or brand-misuse our materials without written permission. Feedback you send may be used freely to improve the product without obligation to you.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that communities or third-party integrations will always be available.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXORA AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IN ANY 12-MONTH PERIOD IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THAT PERIOD OR (B) USD $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits; in those cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed.

11. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your content, communities you operate, misuse of the service, or violation of these Terms or law, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for ToS violations, legal risk, non-payment, or extended inactivity. Provisions that by nature should survive (IP, liability limits, indemnity) continue after termination.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a revised effective date. Material changes may also be announced in-product or by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms where permitted by law. If you do not agree, stop using the service and close your account.

14. Governing law

Except where mandatory local consumer law prevails, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive venue for disputes, subject to applicable consumer rights.
