What is Nexora?
Nexora is a community operating system: public discovery, Discord tooling, commerce (products, subscriptions, coupons), email, analytics, and Backout-powered payments in one dashboard.
Why am I receiving an email that my subscription will renew each month?
Platform and community membership fees can bill on a monthly cycle. You may get a renewal notice even when the amount is $0 so you always know the next billing date. Manage plans under Dashboard → Billing.
Does Nexora accept PayPal?
Not directly. We process card and bank (ACH) payments through Stripe via Backout. If members previously paid elsewhere (including PayPal), you can still migrate them—after migrate they will update the payment method on their first Nexora checkout.
How do paid community memberships work?
Set an access price when you create or manage a community. Members pay through a secure Backout/Stripe checkout. After payment succeeds, access is unlocked automatically on return. Free communities skip checkout.
I have other billing-related issues.
Include the community name, approximate charge date, and last four of the card if relevant. Email [email protected] or open a ticket from your dashboard so we can trace the payment in Backout.

How do I manage my account?
How can I cancel?
Cancel community subscriptions from Dashboard → My memberships (Manage Account). Recurring plans stop renewing after the current period; you keep access until then. Cancel Nexora platform SaaS from Dashboard → Billing or the Stripe customer portal when linked. Data can remain until you delete a community you own or request account closure.

How do I cancel a community membership subscription?
Sign in → My memberships. Find the community, then choose Cancel subscription. Confirmed cancellations stop Stripe/Backout renewal for that community. One-time access is revoked immediately; monthly/yearly stays active for the paid period.

Try Google sign-in if you registered with Google, or reset password on the login page. Still stuck? Email [email protected] with the email on the account—do not send passwords.

Where can I find guides for the admin dashboard?
Sign in and open each module from the sidebar—Products, Coupons, Communities, Discord, Integrations, and Settings include in-context help. Prefer a map of modules? Start from the dashboard home after login.

Can I run more than one community?
Yes. Create additional communities from Dashboard → Organizations. Each has its own name, visibility, access price, rooms, and Discord bots. Plan limits on Starter may cap free-tier capacity—upgrade under Billing when you scale.
How does Discord fit into Nexora?
Connect webhook agent bots and agent groups to a community for broadcasts and automation. Role verification and ping logs live under the community manage view once you are signed in as owner or admin.
How do I get listed in the public directory?
Mark the community as public when creating or editing it. Public communities appear on the directory with free or paid access labels so members can discover and join.
